Jenny is an AI-curious communicator, coach, and connector who is passionate about empowering leaders at all levels to shine with purpose. As the internal communications lead for Wärtsilä’s Energy Business and a Wärtsilä AI Champion, she drives employee and executive communications, integrating and championing AI along the way. Before joining Wärtsilä in 2023, she spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, where she held various roles in the Communications team, including Chief of Staff. It was during this time that she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of AI. Jenny’s commitment to communications extends beyond her professional roles. She also serves on the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology Dean’s External Advisory Board at Simon Fraser University in Canada, and is a certified coach with ACC credentials from the International Coaching Federation.

With nearly 20 years of experience in HR, Tiina has held leadership positions across various industries. Her international career includes several years in EMEA-level roles, where she also managed regional employer branding responsibilities. Tiina holds a Master’s Degree in both Psychology and Economics, as well as a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
