Magnet Employer Branding Awards Finland 🇫🇮
The Magnet Employer Branding Awards is a competition about creativity, communication, strategy, and impact. The goal is to celebrate the best employer brand initiatives and professionals in Finland and build a strong knowledge-sharing community. There are six different award categories employers may submit nominations for. The crowning will take place during an award ceremony where employer branding professionals and advocates will come together to share and learn from each other.

Done right, it not only succeeds in evoking emotions and revealing gems in your culture that retains and attracts both talent and customers, it also shows on the bottom line. The purpose of the Magnet Awards is to showcase the value of strong Employer Brands and highlight the best initiatives and professionals from Finland.
THE FIRST AND BIGGEST OF ITS KIND
The Magnet Awards, which took root in Norway in 2014, and was implemented in Sweden in 2016 is coming to Finland for the first time in the spring of 2023. The knowledge-sharing event and competition is a non-profit project and the only and largest of its kind within Employer Branding in Finland.
By recognizing companies and professionals that excel in employer branding, we are able to grow the community and raise the level of awareness as well as creativity within the field. It also enables us to make the impact of employer branding more measurable and tangible.
