The Magnet Employer Branding Awards is happening again in Helsinki, Finland! 

The Magnet Awards is a non-profit event and the largest of its kind within Employer Branding in Finland. It’s also hosted around the Nordics. The goal is to celebrate the best employer brand initiatives and professionals in Finland, as well as build a strong knowledge-sharing community. 

This year’s theme is EB Impact: Where Influence Meets Strategy. Discover the power of influence and strategy in shaping the future of employer branding. We’re hosting a full day event including key notes from Finland and abroad on trending EB topics, as well as showcase the shortlisted works before awarding the winners.
