Hans Petter Stub is partner at Whydentify and the founder of Magnet Awards in Norway, an awards ceremony that has been exported to Sweden and now Finland. He is Norway’s most experienced agency consultant within employer branding and has worked for 25 of the 30 most attractive employers in Norway. He works on national, Nordic and pan-European employer branding projects.

Mikko’s career in brand building is spread throughout four decades. During his years, Mikko has designed and launched dozens of successful brands, both local and global. Empowered by an eclectic academic background combining business with psychology, philosophy and other cognitive sciences, Mikko emphasizes the importance of radical and uncompromising human-centricity as the single and most crucial ingredient of superb employer brands. Mikko is an avid advocate of servant leadership, and is currently writing a book on the subject.

Juho Paasonen works as Director of Design deepening the expertise of design thinking at Miltton. He has extensive global experience of product and service design, design management, innovation acceleration, and design-driven transformations from multiple international organizations including Google, Zalando, Nokia and latest as head of design at Posti. In addition, he has also been a prominent design leadership and change management coach in Finland and internationally.“Employer branding is crucial to the success of most of our clients. Kersti is the most experienced employer expert in the Baltics and a spokesperson for employer branding over 18 years. She is the founder of Instar which is one of the first employer branding agencies in Nordic and Baltic area since 2007. Kersti has vast experience crafting successful employer brands on the local and global level. Kersti believes that data, strategy, and great execution are the pillars of success.
Kersti is an organizer of Recruitment Marketing Awards and Attractive Employers Day in Estonia, and she initiated the idea to bring Magnet Awards to Finland.  Kersti is also a founding member of the European Association of Employer Branding Agencies.

Tiina has over 15 years of experience in a variety of HR roles, and currently she works as the HR Director for Microsoft in Finland. In addition to Finland, she has lived and worked in the UK and UAE in regional and center of expertise roles for another globally known brand. She is a passionate developer of culture and employee experience, constantly looking into improving the everyday working environment. Tiina holds two master’s degrees in psychology and economics and has a professional certificate in executive coaching.

Susanna is the CEO and co-founder of Employer Branding Agency Emine and Finland’s most experienced expert in strategic and tactical employer branding. With more than 20 years in the business and 12 years as an agency owner and consultant, Susanna and her team have already helped about 200 employers, from technology to commerce and construction, and from FMCG to manufacturing and healthcare with their employer branding and other talent marketing needs. Susanna host a popular weekly podcast “Building a Modern Employer Brand”.

Vivi is Finnish-Canadian with over 8 years of diverse experience from both inhouse and external employer branding and employee experience roles in international tech growth companies. Currently, she is Head of Employer Branding at Finders Seekers. She is an enthusiastic and creative designer, who brings a human touch to storytelling, strategic thinking, growth marketing tactics and data-driven EB – not to mention her bubbly personality

Mika is the Country Manager of Universum Finland. In his work he has helped hundreds of employers to understand more about their EB. He is also keen on getting his clients to activate their EB externally and internally, creating actual positive changes using measurable KPI:s.With over 25 years of experience from various industries (finance, media, design agency, digital marketing, and now EB) Mika has a wide knowledge bank to utilize.
