The Magnet Employer Branding Awards is joining forces with The Employer Branding Forum 

We’re excited to announce that the 4th edition of the Magnet Employer Branding Awards Finland will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre, this time, in collaboration with the Employer Branding Forum.

This partnership marks a natural next step. Both Magnet Awards and EB Forum are dedicated to raising the bar in employer branding by sharing lessons learned, elevating the profession, and bringing the community together.
